For the past 7 years Arise! has provided Christmas presents to Native American children on both the Rosebud and Pine Ridge Reservations in South Dakota. We collect presents by age and sex and then deliver the gifts to needy kids at different venues. YOU CAN HELP! Coats are a constant need on both the Rosebud and Pine Ridge Reservations. We will be collecting coats for all ages to deliver before Christmas 2011. If you want to become a part of this effort please contact Max at 720-215-8885. Bless you!

This trip will be to the Rosebud Reservation in South Dakota and will concentrate on helping people with their houses, relationship building, prayer and worship. The tentative date is June 2nd through June 7th. There are NO FACILITIES and this will be a campout/porta potty trip! This trip is not suggested for those with young children but teens would be OK. Each Summer we do at least one "Family and Sports Camp" on the Rosebud or Pine Ridge Reservations. These camps include family activities, kids activities, VBS, sports tournaments, etc. It is a wonderful opportunity for you or your church/organization to serve. This will be the 8th year of delivering Christmas Presents to Corn Creek Community on the Rosebud Siuox Reservation. Arise! provides presents to four different communities but at Corn Creek we get to do the delivery ourselves! It's a quick weekend trip with one overnight stay at a local motel.
